USAWorldnet we feel it is a necessity to offer quality support for
our clients. We offer free phone support and optional onsite
service and support plans to all our customers. Service
and support plans are to be worked out at the time of installation,
and will vary from client to client. We offer plans that cover
hardware, labor, or both. The pricing for these plans is based
on a percentage of the total cost of hardware and labor. Plans
are available on an annual or semi-annual basis and must be paid for
in full within the first 30 days of the current term of
subscription. If
you do not wish to subscribe to a service and support plan you can
still receive tech support from USAWorldnet at an hourly
rate.
