While wireless technology is reliable, you will occasionally run into some problems.  Not all of these problems require the help of an expert.  While we recommend calling USAWorldnet before you start trying to problem solve, there are a couple of harmless steps you can take before picking up the phone.

  • check to make sure all wires and plugs are in correctly

  • restart computer

  • unplug Wireless Access Point and take out the internet connection for a few seconds (this may diffuse a charge that has built up inside the unit)

  • Call your internet provider and make sure your service is up

  • check settings in WAP and Wireless Network PC Card
